Current duties and responsibilities: Maneesha Bhatnagar has over two decades of international commercial and advisory experience, including more than 14 years with LeasePlan Emirates. As Head of ESG, Consultancy & Innovation, she leads the company's ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, regulatory reporting, and fleet consultancy services. Her work spans fleet optimization, car policy design, total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling, lease-versus-buy evaluations, and mobility strategy development, helping clients make efficient, resilient, and data-driven fleet decisions. As Head of Innovation, Maneesha leads initiatives that bridge sustainability, technology, and mobility, identifying opportunities to translate emerging trends into practical solutions that deliver business value and support the future of transportation. A recognized advocate for sustainable mobility and fleet electrification, Maneesha works closely with EV ecosystem partners across the UAE to support organizations in their transition to lower-emission fleets. She also supports the development of AI-enabled mobility solutions and emerging autonomous mobility pilots.
