Tarek Abu Yaghi is a seasoned logistics and operations leader with a proven track record across multiple markets in the Middle East and beyond. He began his career in Dubai as an IT Coordinator, where he built a strong foundation in technology-driven operations. He then moved to Bahrain to serve as Operations Manager, gaining valuable cross-border management experience.

Tarek’s journey with Aramex continued in Jordan, where he held several key roles, including Operations Manager, Express Product Manager, and eventually General Manager of Aramex Media, demonstrating his ability to scale diverse business units. He later advanced to become General Manager of Aramex Georgia, before returning to Jordan to lead as the General Manager, strengthening the company’s regional footprint.

Recognized for his strategic leadership and operational excellence, Tarek was appointed General Manager of Aramex Emirates, where he successfully drove growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships in one of the company’s most competitive markets. Building on this success, he was recently promoted to Regional Director, based in the UAE, as part of the company’s regional strategy and expansion.
