Oscar Rivoli

Oscar Rivoli is the CEO of Motors, an Al Ghurair Mobility business. In his position he oversees a division that represents several international automotive brands, a parts wholesale division, and a national chain of service centres. The division also runs vehicle testing stations as well as retailing of used cars. Prior to joining Al Ghurair, Oscar served as Managing Director of Trading Enterprises, an Al Futtaim Group company, where he oversaw four markets and managed the Chrysler, Dodge, Honda, Jeep, Ram, and Volvo brands. He went on to become the Planning and Network Director, Al-Futtaim Automotive. A consummate automotive business professional with OEM (franchisor) experience as well as 360 degree exposure to the retail environment as an importer and distributor of multiple brands under leading distributor groups, Oscar has amassed vertical distribution channel experience over the years spent working on mainstream brands as well as challenging niche brands. His experience spread across various continents has made him highly adaptable to diverse cultures. Having started his career with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Sales Manager in South Africa in 1999, Oscar went on to take up diverse roles across various verticals before being appointed CEO/Managing Director from where he was elevated to Head of Sales: Africa and Middle East. Oscar holds a tertiary qualification in International Marketing and Sales Management from Tshwane University of Technology and underwent an intense specialised course in Business Management & Administration from the Kellogg School of Management in the USA “My personal purpose is to build strong teams with the right people in the right position.
